If user renames tests in Solution Explorer in Visual Studio and none test is opened only .tstest is renamed and related .resx and .tstest.cs files have the old name.

Hello Alexander,

This is expected behavior. Because our plugin is only activated by opening a test, Visual Studio will not otherwise correctly rename the files associated with the .tstest file. However, once you have opened a test in a session of Visual Studio, it should continue to rename files properly even after you have closed all of the tests.
