HI guys - We recently changed the way we want to group feature use requests as part of our analytic data collection. I was able to easily delete the data but the graph still show up with their titles showing "No Data". How can remove these graphs (or more accurately these empty graphs headers?)

We do not currently have online support for removing the data charts explicitly from visualization, though we have an issue in the backlog that matches your request precisely. Until it gets realized, we usually recommend that you create a group named e.g. "Obsolete" and place all the no longer relevant charts with that group. You can group charts by clicking the menu button to the far right, choose Configure and enter the desired group name. Hope this helps Best regards EQATEC Team

Thanks. Even though that this issue might seem like a minor request, it is an important on as we start using the tool more extensively. Regarding your suggestion, I'm unable to follow it since the graphs that have "No Data" don't have an configure menu. Any other suggestions? And an ETA for implementing the "Remove Chart" feature?

Hi Faris We are trying to finish the remove feature on a bit of a rushed pace, so best bet may be to wait a few weeks and see if we won't be abel to have something finished at that time. Renards Soren EQATEC Team

Hi Faris Just cleaning up in old issues and wanted to let you know that you can now remove specific charts and even specific lines within a chart that is no longer relevant. Please refer to this article (http://support.eqatec.com/entries/21957603-sept-2012-feature-view-and-visualization-improvements) for more detail. I'll mark this issue as solved. Feel free to get back to me if you have further questions Best regards Soren EQATEC Team
