Hello vinay uthappa,
In order to remove the header part of the RadTileViewItem you'll have to edit the default tileViewItem template. Could you please examine the attached project and see if it is of any help to you? In the project I've created two different headerless templates for the RadTileViewItem - with the first one you can't drag the items and with the second one you can.
