However, I see that you are not a license holder for Kendo UI, but are part of a larger organization. If you are the developer using Kendo UI, you need to be assigned a license in order to get support and to use the Kendo components.
It is a common scenario that your organization purchased the license, but you are the developer using it. It only takes about 30 seconds to assign you the license
, which will make you the Licensed User.
Steps for the License Holder
Here are the steps to share with the person whom purchased the license
1 - Go to the Manage Licensed Users portal
2 - Add a new Licensed User using their email address
3 - Assign the user to the license (note
: You still retain ownership of the license and can change Licensed Users at any time)
Once they've assigned you as the Licensed User, you'll be able to open a support ticket and communicate directly with the development team.
If you do not have a license and are only using Kendo Core
