I'm using an application that displays shapefiles similar to the hotel sample. It displays my shapefile but it's slanted, likely because of the Mercator projection feature. The map loads at the "world" level. I'm displaying a community plat map. Would I still get the projection feature if it recognized the shapefiles as being more at the neighborhood level? I tried exporting the shapefiles using Mercator projection, but it would not load in the shapefile though another viewer was able to display the shapefile. Any suggestions? See the attached example to see the map is skewed.

Hi Rebecca,
I'm not sure what coordinate system is used in your shape file. Unfortunately I can't reproduce this problem without your shape files. Could you, please, provide us with them?
