Does anyone know where can I find the release notes for ASP.NET MVC Extensions Q3 2012? I'd like to know what are the list of fixes/enhancements before upgrading my projects.

Hello Deepak,
The release notes for the latest Telerik MVC Extensions maintenance release (Q3 2012) should be available under your Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC product (your account's Manage Products >Download installer and other resources section). This remains applicable for the remaining two maintenance releases of the product till Q2 2013.
For your convenience I am attaching a screenshot illustrating the path to the pertinent release log.
