Unfortunately we do not keep such information for this latest internal build as it is before the latest official version.

Would you please share what information do you need so that we could guide you?

Thank you for sharing this additional information.
I have checked, but I am afraid that we do not keep track of the release notes for separate LIBs. 

You can check our Release Notes for each official release. Please note that with the notes for each official version are also included all the fixes and changes done for the LIBs between it and the previous official release. Here are the notes for Q2 2013 and here is the list for all the versions. 

If you need an information on a specific fix for that version, then you can also ask us.
