Hi all,

In my Silverlight app, I made some test with the RadTabControl.
When I open a tab in the first time, I see that the memory increase with a big amount (A).
Then, I close it, the memory decrease but with smaller amount (20% of A).

And when I open/close the tab again in many times after, the memory also increase/decrease in range of 20% (of A).

The problem is that I have many different tabs, if I open too many of them, the used memory will be very big.

I don't know why it didn't release all memory. And I hope your help to resolve it.

Thank you.

Hello Cuong,

We have tried to reproduce the issue on our side by setting a GridView with a lot of data and then switch the tab, but the memory was released as expected. Could you please provide us with more information about your scenario and the data you are loading. If you could attach us a sample project with one of your tabs will help us better understand your scenario and further investigate the issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
