[Solved] Reduce GridView Filter Icon Size

Is it possible to reduce the size of the filter icon on a GridView?  We've styled the text on the column header to be smaller but don't want the filter icon to over-power the header area.  Ideally we'd like to just shrink it down to a similar size.

Any ideas?

Hi Seth,

To shrink the filter icon you can edit the template of the GridViewHeaderCell and from there the template of the DistinctFilterControl which holds the filter icon. Once there you can just apply a ScaleTransform to the icon.

I have prepared a sample which scales the icon to 0.7 to get you started. Feel free to tweak the sample to achieve the desired results.
