Hi Tom Yes, we have become aware of this issue over the weekend our selves. Seems like the demo data creation routine hit some snag and we are currently working to fix it. Hi Rebecca You can create a product key by logging into our app (using the information from the email) and then go to the Products menu (on the left hand side). From there you can create your own product and once complete we will generate a product key for you. Hope this helps. Hi Soren, Thanks for your reply. I have the below screenshot which says I don?t require a product key. So in my code I have put the below: IAnalyticsMonitor monitor = AnalyticsMonitorFactory.Create("YOUR-PRODUCT_KEY"); What would I put as the prodcut key? Thanks, Becky

Hi Rebecca Thanks for getting back and posting a screenshot. You should click the "Add New Product" link just below the list. This allows you to create a new product with a name of your choice and for a specific target platform. When you hit OK you are directed back to the product list where your newly created product is listed along with the generated product key. That is the one you should use.
