Re-arranging tab order on docked panels

Hello, I was wondering if we could click-drag to change the order of the tabs of the docked RadPanes or RadDocumentPanes.

If so, can someone please explain what properties to set to allow that?

If dockable, they should not be made to float AND dock only at the top.

Any ideas?
