RADWindow with Effects?

Hi;
Would it be possible to offer the same opening and closing effects the SL3 Windows has to RADWindow, Or at least the option?
I was showing a prospect the two and his comments was that he liked the way SL3 Windows opened and closed. I thought I pass the feedback to the team!
