RadUpload Localization of File Being Used Error

Hello!

I already change most of the text's of RadUpload with this blog entry

Now i need to translate the message of error when the user try to upload a file that are opened or are in using such a xls file.
See the attached image that exemplify what message i'm triyng to change.

Can someone provide the String Key that i need to use to change this frase?

Hello Joao Paulo Grassi,

This tooltip is the exception that is thrown while trying to access the file. It is not localized with any localization strings. The tooltip is bound to the ErrorMessage property directly, and if you want to localize it, you could change the ErrorMessage property.

Rad Upload for Silverlight ).
We are satisfied with the funtionality of control, but need some information about the control.
1.Can we able to change the theme of uploader control  ?
2. Can we make it multilingual?
