I've experience a problem in RadTabControl, when we override a TopTemplate and use a control that have, a ListBox, for example, in your style, and we create a new tab before the RadTabControl ApplyTemplate, the method ResolveScrollViewerOnLayoutUpdated gets the FirstOrDefault ScrollViewer to scroll when exists more tabs than control width size, but this ScrollViewer will be de control of my ListBox and not a "ScrollViewerElement" of TabControlTopTemplate. Because of that, the scroll of tabcontrol doesn't work well.
