Is it possible to set the direction of a RadSlideHubTile to slide horizontally?

Hi Henrique,
Thanks for writing and for your question.
Currently the sliding happens vertically only as it mimics the native Windows Phone behavior.
You can post a feature request on our Feedback portal and vote for it so that we consider it when planning our future developments:
