RadRichTextBox writting Chinese use Other IME

Hi:

    When RadRichTextBox for sliverlight, use Microsoft IME can writting Chinese,but use other IME ( sogou IME ...) ,RadRichTextBox  can't writting Chinese, if use other IME to writting Chinese, how to do? override OnTextInputUpdate ?

Hello na hui,
For now RadRichTextBox officially supports only Microsoft Pinyin IME. We will, however, consider adding support for other major IMEs if there is enough client demand. Could you specify which IMEs you would like to integrate with the RadRichTextBox and what are the current problems you are experiencing?

We are not sure what are the problems, so we cannot guide you on how to implement the feature. Once the feature is scheduled, the development team will investigate it in more details.

我测试了一下，感觉win8 metro程序中能用的输入法才能在richtextbox中使用，基于TSF框架的输入法。 但是在xp, win7,win8各个不同系统中又有各自的问题。
Hi, admin , I found If input method base on TSF (text service framework) , can be used in richtextbox. just like limitation for  win8 metro applicaton .

统计一下有多少人用telerik ?  投票让telerik修改这个bug 基本上不太可能，人数太少

Hello Liu,
For now RadRichTextBox officially supports only Microsoft Pinyin IME. We have to plans to add support for other IMEs - for example Sogou Pinyin and QQ Pinyin; you can vote and track the eventual development progress using this PITS issue.
