RadRichTextBox does not import/export HTML properly when korean characters are included.
you can reproduce this behavior with following steps.
1. Go to telerik demo site and open Telerik Editor example
2. Write some words in Korean and change the text color of the words.
3. import -> error window will pop up.
Is this a known bug?
if there is any workaround please inform me. thanks!
