RadRichTextBox - Table Tools tab available in Readonly mode

Tables in a readonly RadRichTextbox can still be manipulated via the Table Tools tab. I'd expect the tab not to appear at all, to be honest!

Hi,

Could you please specify how exactly you are able to edit the table? I tried this and as far as I can tell you can only select parts of the table, which however does not contradict with the fact that the editor is read only. Additionally, please verify that you are using the latest official version of RadControls for Silverlight - Q2 SP1 2013.

Generally, we are not considering not showing the tab altogether in such cases as it contains information which should be visible to the user such as the alignment of the text in the table cell where the caret is located. 

If I misunderstood you please try to provide additional information on the issue.

OK, yes, trying again I can see that most of the ribbon contents are greyed out, I CAN change the cell / text alignment though

I seem to be having a hard time replicating the issue. Could you try sending us exact steps that reproduce the problem? In case you think the issue might be document-related I suggest you send us the document as well.

set editor to readonly and load in a document containing tables (in code)

right-click on a table cell, click back on the cell to close the context menu (again, why even show the context menu?)

Table tools ribbon appears, most of contents are greyed-out except "Cell Size" and "Alignment"
