Hi
Is there a way to animate the RadOutlookBar when minimizing it.
Currently it just gets minimized(jumps to a minimize state) and not closing elegantly like i sw if DevExpress NavBar control which is being used for the same purpose.
If so, please advice how can I do it.
same for when maximizing it of course.

Currently we haven't implemented this functionality. Therefore, I want to thank you for your feedback. I added your suggestion in our PITS as a feature request where you can vote for it. If the item gathers enough popularity, we will definitely consider implementing it.
I also updated your Telerik points accordingly.
