I am using telerik 2011.1.419.1040

I am experience that radmenu just flicker when mouse over and not move away - it is unrepresented when use the menu.
 
browser was not in zoom.

Please help for some solution or walk around.

I've tried to reproduce the problem, but unfortunately I couldn't. Could you prepare a simple project and send it to us?

Please note that Silverlight 4 is in extended support and there will be no bug fixes for it. You can check our Roadmap for more information. I strongly advise you to use our latest version of RadControls and get all newest features.
