Hi

Is it possible to use the RadMediaPlayer control and have it stream media from an rtsp source ?  For example, I have an IP camera that streams H264 over RTSP.  How can I get the RadMediaPlayer to display this stream ?  I used the examples and placed a rtsp url in a RadMediaItem Source field but when I ran it I got a AG_E_NETWORK_ERROR exception.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Mark,

RadMediaPlayer supports everything that the Silverlight platform supports. Unfortunately the RTSP is not supported currently from the Silverlight framework. More info here:

Hello Jonathan,

Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't plan to support RTSP in Silverlight 4.
