I have a radlistbox bound to an observable collection that I can reorder using drag and drop, but cant seem to find an event that fires when the item is dropped. Am I missing something or is there an event I can use or a workaround.

RadListBox uses internally Telerik DragDropManager .That is why you can use its events. For more details please follow the article below:
