Hello Amine,
As explained here in order for the chart to produce legend items you need to set the LegendSettings property of a series. Then the chart will produce legend items and add them to its LegendItems collection. And as shown in the same example you can later bind the Items property of the RadLegend to the LegendItems property of the chart. You should also find this online example helpful.
