RadHTMLPlaceHolder Visibility issue

Hello,

I have two XAML in one screen, am using RadHtmlPlaceHolder in one xaml. now if i click on the any control of other XAML, the RadHTMLplace holder doesn't get invisible. see the attached images.

So every time i have to set visibility true and false ? I can't do that because in my case am having two different XAML (see in the image left accordion menus are in one XAML and the Grid, tab portion in other XAML).

so is there any way to get rid of this issue ?
