I'm currently using RadControls_for_Silverlight_2009_2_0812_DEV. I created a new RadHtmlPlaceholder and put as a RadWindow content. Unfortunately the RadHtmlPlaceholder will not move with the dragging of RadWindow. May I know is it a known issue or my telerik controls is already outdated?
By the way, I would like to know whether there is a latest build or release on RadControls for Silverlight 3.
