RadHtmlPlaceholder cant't input in Chinese

RadHtmlPlaceholder requires the "Windowless" parameter of the Silverlight plugin to be True.
But in TextBox cant't input in Chinese.

Otherwise,RadMaskedTextInput also can't not input in Chinese.
