RadGridView without default theme

How to achieve a radgridview without even the default theme, i understand there are lot of themes available, but i will require a gridview without any theme. please advice

I am not quite sure that I understand your requirement correctly.
May you please share with us what do you mean by "i will require a gridview without any theme"?
Do you need to change some parts in RadGridView through implementing your custom theme or maybe I am missing something?

I require a theme on which i can change the following

header background color
header foreground color
Row select color (when the user select the row)
Row background color
Row foreground color.
Font for both header and its rows
