I've done a search, but haven't had any luck.
I'm doing the GridView export tutorial (http://www.telerik.com/help/silverlight/xamlflix-gridview.html) and in one of the steps, it indicates that I need to "Download the EmployeeService.cs file from the source files, and import the file into your project". The problem is that I don't know where to download from.

Actually this class is not shipped separately any more, but you could find its definition in this help article. This misleading information will be removed from the help article you referenced.
