[Solved] RadGridView Comparing two different Cell values

HI All,

I need to compare two different cell values of  a same row or else need to compare two different column values what ever it is,

i attached below 

here , i have a columns named "Qty Ordered" , and "Qty Received',and "Qty Previously Received" 
if  Qty Ordered value == Qty Previously Received for a particular row then i need to put "Qty Received" Column Cell  as "ReadOnly" it can't be editable .. How to do that
