Is there an option to display a radgrid table in a vertical format e.g.
Customer: McDonalds
Address: 1 McDonald Road
Postcode: MC1 2DV
instead of currently
Customer Address Postcode
McDonalds 1 McDonald Road MC1 2DV

I have already replied to the same question in your support ticket. Nevertheless, I will repeat the answer here for any user who happens to face the same issue:
Generally, RadGrid data could be displayed in a reverse order ( vertical grid ) using the provided demonstration at the following articles:
Displaying pivot data
Displaying pivot data Demo
Furthermore, please note that the next official release of RadControls will include a new separate control PivotGrid which will be very useful in scenarios like this one.
