Hello Grtjn,
You can either use textblocks to set the gauge titles, or have a specific image as a background. Perhaps reviewing the code of the demo examples will give you some tips - Linear Gauge and Radial Gauge examples would probably be the most helpful.

Thanks for the reply Nikolay.
I fixed it by putting a textblock beneath the radgauge and it looks ok.
