Hi Civelle,
the current version of editor will not work in OOB. It relys on the browser to render the content. Our next version will not have this limitation. It is expected to see the first drop of the new version this summer.

Hi Mark and Thanks for your quick answer.
When you say the 'next version', do you mean the next upgrade of Silverlight 3 or are you talking about Silverlight 4? The reason I am asking is that we are actually building a Silverlght application that we entend to deliver sometimes in May 2010 with Silverlight 3. If there is a chance for this control to be available in OOB mode in the next 2 months within Silverlight 3, we may use it. Otherwise, we will have to look for another solution...

The chances are that we will not be ready with the new Editor control for production use until May.2010.
