Hi,

I'm using a few dropdown buttons in my application where the dropdown content opens on click.
I would like the dropdown content to open with an animation, such as the one when a RadExpander opens and the

AnimationManager

.SetIsAnimationEnabled(myExpander,true) is set.

I tried the same line with the dropdown but doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Is there a (easy) way to do the same thing for dropdown content opening ?

Thank you for your help.
Regards

Hi Lauren,

You can't do this at the moment. But I've created feature request for ability to animate the DropDown.

Can you update the request with the ability to sett a shadow/effect on the dropdown also? Or is this already possible?

Hello Jorn,

You can't at the moment, but I've updated the item to add effect support as well.
Can track it here. (It will be changed till the end of the day.)

Hi John,

The best way to stay tuned for any changes in the status of the item is to follow it. The PITS item clearly indicates the status of the feature.
