Hello Zhang,

Thank you for your suggestion. Currently, RadDataGrid is able to automatically extract info regarding ItemsSource objects' properties and build the columns based in them. We have some ideas of extending the scenarios supported (e.g. dynamic) as well as some scenarios such as the one suggested.

Using the current version, you can create the columns needed manually (using Templated column for e.g.) and supply them with the appropriate CellTemplate based on the property you want to visualize. Since, this is new feature request, I have logged it in our feedback portal - where you can vote and track its progress.
