Do you have any simple example TileHelper inside Raddataboundlistbox, and animate the tile item differently each other using all type tile, at the same time, flip, cycle, and iconic ? Let say have 10 items and consecutively using different type of tile.

Yes, the HubTile control is what you should be using. The LiveTileHelper is used to create native Windows Phone live tiles from within your application.
