RadControls Can not open in Vs2010

I downloaded the RadControls for Windows Phone 7, in Vs2010 not open, can only use vs2008 to open it?Some people know why?

You need to download the Microsoft Windows Phone7 tools in order to open a Windows Phone 7 application. Here is the download link:
