radcombobox remains open in new version

Hi,
I am using the RadComboBox in a form that opens as dialog (using ShowDialog function)
and in the new version of telerik (2012.1.215.1050) the combobox remains open even after clicking with the mouse in different area of the form and even outside of the form.
I found this problem in RadDatePicker and RadTimePicker  too.

I saw in the forum that it is indeed a bug and in 2012.1.217.1050 you fixed this issue but we can not upgrade now to this version. I want to ask if you have a workaround to give me for this issue.
(I tried to show the form using the show function instead of showDialog and it still does not work. the combobox closed only when pressing somewhere out of the form)

I did not have this problem in previos versions.

Hello,

Yes, you are right, the bug is fixed with the latest internal build after the Q1 release. However, the change is in the core of the control, and there is no work-around which can be used to overcome this without the upgrade.
Could you please share with us what is stopping you from upgrading?
Just as a note, the upcoming Q2 release is due in June, so if that timeframe is suitable for you, you could directly upgrade to this version.

I am seeing this same behavior with build 2012.1.326.1050.  By the description provided, I should not be.  Am I missing something?

Please find attached a short video in which you can observe my attempt to reproduce the issue with the Q1 2012 SP1 version of the controls. Please feel free to correct me if I am doing something wrong. Initially, if you could send us a sample application where this issue is reproduced, we will be able to track down the source of the problem and fix it in a timely manner.

After spending some more time looking into this, I discovered that I could only reproduce the problem when I was running out of browser.  The in-browser version worked.

I tested with version 2012.1.326.1050 of the controls out-of-browser, but I am still not able to reproduce the issue. Are there any specific steps to reproduce?

I found one other thing that I hadn't paid much attention to that was different.  My RadComboBox was showing as part of a RadWindow that was being popped up via ShowDialog().

I apologize that this is taking so long to go back and forth.  I keep thinking that I have described the problem well enough, and you keep proving me wrong.  I apologize!
