RadComboBox Popup Shifting

I am working with the RadComboBox and noticed that the Popup part shifts depending upon where on the screen.  Is there a way to turn this behavior off?  I always want the Popup to open below the TextBox.

Thank you for contacting us.

The RadComboBox popup has a boundary detection which is included by design and currently we don't support excluding it. Could you please describe what is your scenario and why do you need the popup below? This is the default position for the dropdown and it will go up if there is no enough space below.
