In the middle of the day I started to have a strange issue with the RadPane when it is beginning to drag. Note this only happens with IE (I have IE 11, Windows 7 Pro 64bit. Silverlight 5, .Net 4.5). When a RadPan is docked and I click on the title bar and start to drag the RadPane jumps about an inch to the right and a bit down. Then became not dockable. After releasing the mouse the RadPane floats. The floating pane is docked without any problems.
The reason I do not post any code because I can observe the same behavior running Telerik Demos for Docking. That means the problem is not specific to my code. The strangest thing - everything was working fine until afternoon. I did not installed any new software nor updates.

We are not aware of such issues in the current version of RadDocking.
As the issue appeared without any new software being installed or and update, it looks like it may be caused by a malfunction of the OS or the machine on which it is reproduced. Could you try to reproduce the same issue on a different machine/OS? Are you using a touch monitor or a normal one?
Also if you could send is a short video showing how the issue is reproduced it would be of much help in order to understand the scenario/issue. You can use Jing to record a short video.
