Hi,
I currently encountered an issue which I think is regarding radeditor being compatible with MOSS. Actually I have installed th trial version to try the radeditor in Firefox browser. After installing and configuring to the exact settings the tool needed, it worked with my Virtual Machine. The only concern with this is that the editor did not display the text which is included when accessed using IE. Well, if there is a solution for this then I'll thank you for your answers:)
Now here is the bigger issue. After trying it with the virtual machine, my next step is to install it to a dev environment which I used as test. I have installed the tool just like it was on my virtual machine and to my surprise, the tool is not reflected even after activating it in the Site features.
If anyone can help me regarding this issue, I would really appreciate it very much.

Hi Jaimes,
Did you reset the web server before or after you deactivated/activated the editor features? You should do the IIS reset after you activate the features.
Please, check if the following file is present on the server:
\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\CONTROLTEMPLATES\RadEditorList.ascx
If the editor features are activated successfully, the file should be there. If it is not, then the feature was not activated. Check if the account you used to activate the features has administrative privileges. You need to activate the features with an administrator account .
If you still cannot see the editor, then perhaps there is something wrong with the installation. In this case I suggest that you retract and re-deploy the RadEditor solution and check the steps above.

I am having a similar issue that Jaimes is having - where RadEditor Lite is visible in a Virtual environment, bu not in a live envoronment.
Works in a MS VPC environment running 2003 Server / MOSS 2007, and pointing it from an outside XP PC with MSIE 7, or Firefox 2.
Not working when hitting the dev box that is on a VMC cluster running 2003 Server / MOSS 2007 from an outisde XP PC with MSIE 6 or 7. However - when hitting the same site from another 2003 server with MSIE it works.
I have tried George's reocmmendations with no luck.
Installed app as server Administrator. Verified file location, and that features are Activated on each site. Retracked and Deployed app twice. Gave the iisreset command multiple times.
Any other ideas? Any other limitations or issues we should be aware of?

This issue was resolved by copying the file "RadEditorList.ascx" to the location specified by George on all servers in the sharepoint 2007 farm and then doing an iisreset on each server in the farm.
