I am interested in looking at the demo http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#GridView/DataSources  about the support of RIA Services, right now I see a blank demo.

I have seen you updated the demos with the SL4. When the previous demos the rad controls were pretending to support of RIA Services. You suggested as workaround to intercept the filtering, sorting and grouping events and copy the FilterDescriptors of RadGridview into the FilterDescriptors of DomainDataSource but both collections are not completelly fitting. May now the RadControls interact directly with RIA services? FilterDescriptors of RadGridview have more possibilities than what FilterDescriptors of DomainDataSource can do.

Thank you in advance,
M.

Hi,

Currently we don't have WCF RIA Service demo - more info on this thread. Currently only the grid filtering will not be transferred to the server by default when the grid is bound to DomainDataSource however you can check this blog post to know more about how to achieve this using custom filter controls.
