Hi,
I am facing an issue in selection change event and tool tip of bars when multiple bars are present. This event works fine if the number of bar series are
less. The functionality works like if we click on bar it changes the cursor to hand, opens a pop up on click(selection change event) and also mouse over on bar shows tool tip. But in case of more bar series only cursor changes to hand but other functionality does not trigger any of the events. Also if we toggle the auto scale property of vertical axis of any of the element dropped on chart , everything works perfect. Check the snapshot attached for more clarity on this issue.
Please reply asap as this is a critical issue for my project.

You have opened this post and specified that the Product is RadChart, but from the image it seems that this is a RadCartesianChart (these are two different controls, old RadChart and new ChartView). Can you confirm that you are talking about the old RadChart component? Can you send a small project that we can run and that reproduces this issue, so that we can start looking for solutions.
I suggest that if you are using the old chart and if it is possible, switch to the new charting solution because it has a much better performance, it is very flexible and easy to set up. We have also solved many of the limitations of the old chart with it.
