questions about ApplicationTheme

1.i think there some problem about telerik control Theme:
    i change my ApplicationTheme to summertheme,the numberupdown control background changed,but other control from telerik did not.then i change my ApplicationTheme to VistaTheme the numberupdown control text alignment become center.how can i fix this?
2.Is there anyway to fix these two problem about radwindows?
    if i have two windows,can i distinguish which one is active now by the color?just like ms winform windows? and if Minimized one of them,can we just focus on the other one ,like ms winform windows too?

Regarding the first problem :

    Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the problem you've encountered.  Please take a look at the attached file and let me know if you can reproduce the issue with the code within.

As for  your second point:

hi,here is another question,i'm using NumericUpDown control,i find if i want input a num like '1.23',i can not input '.' with my laptop,
can you fix this?

my dll version is 2009.2.9.04 and my laptop location is china ,  language is Canada English.
