This is a general question on RadGrids... I have a table with 1,000,000 records. Now I also have a pager with page size of 100. When I try to filter using the filter in the grid itself, it filters only within the 100 records that are in the page. So I am trying to use the filter as a search for all the 1,000,000 records. But that does not seem to work, and it searches only the 100 records. Can you shed some light on this.
