Hi abdul rahman,
Our recodrs show that you were added as a licensed developer to Ahmed Al-Naamani's account. The subscription for the licenses registered to Ahmed Al-Naamani's account expired on Sep 15, 2008. This is the reason why the Q3 2009 version is not available for download in your account.
In order to receive the latest version of our controls you need to renew your subscription.
