Where do I raise bugs/issues with the controls added in the Q3 release. eg RadTilePanel is not shown in Forums or in Support where Bugs have to be allocated to a topic (either a control or VS Extensions - what about installation problems?)

Hi Ian,

I just checked your account and I was able to see the RadTileView in both the forums and the new support ticket screen. Of course, if you are unable to select certain product in a support ticket, you could always select a random product and mention that there is no option for the real product.

Hmmm. I can see the TileView topic in Forums but it's not there under Report a Bug, as shown by the attached screen capture.

The Report a Bug screen is a long one, sorted alphabetically so I've just screen-grabbed the area around where RadTileView should be to avoid stitching togethr a huge image file. The page I'm using is this one: http://www.telerik.com/account/support-tickets/bug-report-choose-product.aspx  I see nothing for RadTileView. Am I really going blind?

OK. But just to be clear: When I reported the problem it was on a freshly installed Windows 7 PC and there was no cached copy (heck, I haven't been near this site for several months and as a developer regularly clear down my cache anyway).

The initial reply implies my initial report was wrong. It wasn't. My guess is that after I raised the bug someone fixed the problem.

Good to know it's there now anyway.
