Q3 2010 documentation online only?

When I select the documentation from the start menu for this version, it launches the online help via the browser.

If you've now made it a requirement that I be able to get help from the internet, let me express my strong objection.  I sometimes do some development in places where I don't have the internet, and being unable to access the help will be crippling.

You can download the CHM files for offline browsing of our documentation from here.
Please make sure to unblock the files if there is a problem with viewing the content.
