I would like to know what to do with this. I am trying to use the charts but I have a requirement to do data drill downs when you click the different elements of the chart.

Hi Mike.
Telerik will include the fix in the next release. You can navigate to http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-mvc/chart/2012-q2---no-chart-events.aspx to download a fix.
With onSeriesClick I populate a grid with data related to the chart element.
