Hi Niels,
We never provided a .NET 4 build and don't plan to do so until there is a .NET 4 specific ASP.NET MVC feature. As of now ASP.NET MVC 2 is only available for .NET 3.5. Why do you need .NET 4 build? What is preventing you from using the .NET 3.5 build?

Hi Atanas,
Up until today I used a .Net 4.0 version that I compiled myself (with the NET40 precompile setting turned on). Today I switched to the Q1 SP2 you provided and VS2010 doesn't seem to be very happy with it. It restarted while loading my app. It kept doing this until I replaced the Telerik.Web.Mvc.dll with the original Q1 version.
Maybe it is a coincidence and the restarts aren't triggered by Q1 SP2. I'll will try it again tomorrow and let you know what will happen.

Finally found some time to get into this problem. Look like my problems were caused by the push of the Code Review Sidekick by my Infra collegaes.
