Install of the beta on a fresh install of VS2010 /w SP1 Beta results in the Telerik Beta install to warn the Silverlight 4 Tools are not installed.
This is a more common problem with the SL Tools installer itself I think, as if you try install it with VS 2010 SP1 Beta already installed, you will get this error as well:
Visual Studio 2010 or Visual Web Developer Express 2010 or Visual Phone Developer Express 2010 that matches the language version of Silverlight Tools 4 must be installed before installation of Silverlight Tools can continue.
If you open the first log file, you will find the error at the bottom.
However, in the MS catch-22 rule of descriptive install errors, the real 'issue' is that the SL 4 Tools are already installed as part of VS 2010 SP1 Beta, and they don't need to be installed.
